Ipek Mehmetoglu joined the “Methods for Researching Collaboration and Gender in the Histories of Architecture, Landscape and Urban Design Workshop” organized by the Gender in Architecture, Landscape and Urban Design Special Interest Group at the EAHN conference. She presented her work on the architectural contributions of a women’s volunteer organisation, the Friends of Children Association founded in Turkey in 1949, and collaborated with Anna Weichsel to contribute to the discussions of the workshop.
